Rustled Leaves Cardigan

I'm going to try and knit this. I think I have it figured out, I just have to write it down. On second thought it might look like a cape or a robe on me? I sorta like the ruffles... and I don't usually like ruffles.

Update: Ok, I don't know how to write patterns. Actually, it's taking me awhile to learn how to even read them. I just came across this blog where she has a lot of information on how to chart your own design. I'll have to complete a few more projects before I attempt to write one of my own!
